Calvary United Methodist Church Dedicates Elevator Addition, June 29

After years of prayers and planning and months of construction, the new elevator addition is finally complete at Calvary United Methodist Church. On this joyous occasion, Calvary welcomes you to join us for worship, the dedication, and refreshments, Sunday, June 29.

Calvary will have a single worship service at 11am, preceding a brief dedication ceremony in front of the new façade along Grant Street. Bishop Charlene P. Kammerer of the United Methodist Church Virginia Conference will be joining the Congregation to help dedicate the additions and recognize those whose work and generosity have contributed to the fulfillment of the needs and prayers of Calvary.

The improved accessibility and utility from the new elevator and a Sanctuary level restroom help Calvary to better serve the Congregation as well as the many community members and organizations that visit and utilize the Church facilities.
