Information for Prospective Students

Registration for ESL classes will be Monday, September 19, or Wednesday, September 21, from 7PM to 8:30PM.

ESL Classes begin Monday, September 26, and will continue Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7PM to 9PM through mid-December.

Information for Prospective Volunteers

Volunteers are vital to our ESL program.  Working with the ESL program is a great opportunity to learn about other cultures, meet new friends in the community, and have some fun!  No teaching experience is necessary.  Free training is provided.  

Some of the volunteer roles available include:

• Classroom Teacher (as individuals or as part of a team)
• Computer Lab Assistant
• Program Planning and Administration
• Program Outreach

General Information

There will be no class on
(1) Monday, October 10, Columbus Day holiday or on
(2)Wednesday, November 23, Thanksgiving eve.

In the event of bad weather (snow & ice), we will follow Arlington County. If Arlington County schools are closed that day, there will be no English classes that night. Likewise, if Arlington County schools close early because of bad weather, English classes will be canceled.
